& caramelised onion compote, toasted breads.

Roast red pepper & tomato soup with a basil mascarpone cream.

Pan fried chicken livers with sauteed onions, sweet marsala cream & toasted crostini.

Polenta & lemon crusted calamari, rocket leaves, home made sun dried tomato & chilli pesto.

Chicken & smoked pancetta caesar salad, cos leaves, creamy dressing, shaved parmesan.

Parma ham crostini with  caramelised fig , rocket salad, aged balsamic.


MAIN  COURSES

Pan roasted duck breast, braised red cabbage with sultana, & a cranberry red wine sauce, 
olive oil mash.

Roasted chicken breast in a light crumb stuffed with mozzarella & tomato pesto.
pancetta & onion potato rosti, baby spinach leaves.

Roasted hake with a white wine tarragon & shrimp veloute, pan-fried samphire, 
creamy mashed potato.

Char grilled 8oz rib eye steak sauteed mushrooms & onions, Jameson whiskey pepper sauce 
& fries.

Feta, spinach & sun dried tomato filo bake, three tomato & pine nut salad, balsamic reduction.

Home roasted turkey breast, apple & walnut stuffing, crispy parma ham, 
glazed root vegetables, red wine gravy roasted baby potatoes.

Roast pumpkin risotto with vegetable crisps & parmesan shavings, & a basil pesto.

Linguine pasta with pan-fried prawns, tomato, chilli, fish broth & rocket.

Pizza prosciutto crudo- tomato base & mozzarella cheese finished with parma ham, 
sundried tomatoes, parmesan shavings & rocket leaves.
