& caramelised onion compote, toasted breads.

Roast red pepper & tomato soup, basil mascarpone cream.

Bruschetta with a smoked salmon, dill & lemon pate, three tomato salad.

Chicken & smoked pancetta Caesar salad cos leaves, creamy dressing,
shaved parmesan.

Hot & spicy chicken wings, served with celery & Cashel Blue cheese dip.

MAINS


Home roasted turkey breast, apple & walnut stuffing, crispy parma ham, glazed root 
vegetables, red wine gravy, baby roast potatoes.

Roasted salmon steak with a white wine tarragon & shrimp veloute,
pan fried samphire, creamy mashed potato.

Char grilled 8oz ribeye steak, sauteed mushrooms & onions, Jameson whiskey pepper sauce
& fries. (€5.00 supplement)

Roast pumpkin risotto with vegetable crisps, parmesan shavings & basil pesto.

Spicy penne bolognese, topped with a toasted parmesan bread crumb.

Chicken & wild mushroom in a red pepper cream with fettuccine pasta.

Pizza pollo pesto - roast chicken, red peppers, onion & mozzarella on a tomato base finished
